The application date was earlier 31 March which has been extended to 10 April. Under this scheme, students from class 2 to class 12 can apply till 10 April. And the date to complete this process is from 13 April to 25 March.

What is Chirag Yojana ?

The name of the scheme of Haryana government to provide free education to the children of Haryana from government schools to private schools is Chirag Yojana. Chirag Yojana is a scheme that gives a golden opportunity to poor students to get education in private schools.

Under this scheme, the government gives poor students an opportunity to study for free in private schools. Let us tell you that only those children whose family’s annual income is less than 1,80,000 will get the opportunity to study for free in private schools.
